Inviting you to a journey of connection, sweetness, and joy -through song

We are the song is a 6-week journey exploring song as a pillar of light and joy in our lives

We often know how the song carries and supports many rituals around the world, and this is an anchor we each carry! and can weild at any time.

In our time together we will draw on inspiration from the elements and one another, and open this channel of song.

It is an exciting time to be alive, and a ripe time to connect to this magic of the song, heart, and voice to be in communion with this animate life, our own hearts, and our loved ones with this gift of music.

I truly believe our ancestors are calling for us to sing and share our heartsong at this time.

remembering ourselves as that which births life and weaves the song and beauty into being.

In our 6 week journey we will…

  • Meet weekly on Zoom for an hour and 15 minutes - sometimes I do go over a bit! Yet no pressure to stay

  • Make an altar of devotion to our voices, our ancestors, our birth -whatever feels most alive

  • Engage in practices to open and soften into our voices

  • Learn simple and beautiful songs to carry with us on our journey

  • Connect with our voices as a source of love and medicine -for ourselves first!

  • Practice self soothing through the song

  • Have opportunities to share our creations both live and on our WhatsApp thread

  • Enjoy the nourishment and inspiration from our togetherness

  • All recordings sent out **

This course is open to all women desiring to reconnect with that sweetness and joy and creative spark - and discover the medicine that is our own voice.

Before meeting Annie I hadn’t sung in over 20 years

Not even in the shower. No matter how much work I did on myself I just couldn't connect to my voice.
