As a Mother-To-Be, I have found such a joy and necessity in singing throughout the day to connect to the sweet new life blossoming inside me and to tend to my own heart. Tending to ourselves through singing can support us in facing the uncertainty and change that pregnancy brings as well as the deep joy and grief that we experience as we evolve -

I feel that music and vibration is an incredible ally on the path of nourishing ourselves and becoming a Mama.

Each of our voices is a powerful medicine - first and foremost unto ourselves.

We sing for our own freedom, joy, heart, and liberation first.

The inspiration for this circle is one of connection with other Mama’s and Mama’s to be - coming together with our voices, opening our creativity through song, and feeling deeply supported throughout the journey of our pregnancy wherever we are - to encourage pleasure, connection, and support as we explore parts of ourselves that are shedding in order to blossom fully in this new phase.
