We will use Movement, Sound, and Song to release what is no longer serving, express our truths authentically, and amplify our radiance - all within the safety and support of sisterhood.

This is our time - Let's Rise
This two-hour workshop is for all beings wanting to step more into their power, their purpose, and their joy through embodied exploration and vocal play. It is for those who consider themselves singers and those who have not sung in public in years. In our time together we will practice techniques to warm up the body and the voice, explore the power of toning, sing medicine melodies, and create our own power mantras and affirmations with the voice. You will feel the sweetness of community, the joy of your own creative capacity, and the freedom that comes when we give ourselves permission to Sing.

I have always sung, but only in these past two years has the unfurling of My Authentic Voice really begun. And the journey continues! I am excited to share some of this journey with you - through my songs, my voice, and my Heart.
Reflections of Light:
We all have a story to share, and we hold within our beings a unique expression to reflect - an Important Spark of Light. Through our vulnerability, our humanness, our pain and our joy, we reflect those pieces, weaving the tapestry together. Now, more than ever, it is time to share, to be unafraid in letting our unique light be fully seen.
