Why Cacao?
I have found a true power in the power of using Cacao medicine with opening the voice in a ceremonial context both with singing and movement and offering prayers of gratitude from the heart. Although the cacao itself isn't great for singing, (a little water or tea will help with that that), it does serve as a beautiful ally in opening the heart.

Cacao is a nutrient rich plant that indigenous cultures around the globe have used for centuries, particularly in Guatemala where it has been used ceremonially
The cacao I utilize is ceremonial grade sourced from family owned permaculture cacao farms in Guatemala with love and intention
How I Facilitate
In our ceremonies, typically lasting from 2 to 3 hours, I offer a combination of meditation, sound healing, and group singing.
I host both all-women's circles as well as mixed gender.
